2. Bookings and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed timeline (usually before or on the event date).
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.

3. Travel and Additional Charges

  • Services within Lahore city include standard travel costs.
  • Travel charges outside Lahore will be charged and must be covered by the client.
  • Accommodation and other related expenses (if required for the project) are also the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate event details, timings, and addresses.
  • Permissions for venue access, photography, and videography are the client’s responsibility.
  • Shoaib Production is not liable for restrictions imposed by venues or third parties.

5. Delivery of Work

  • Standard delivery timelines for edited photos and videos will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • All digital files and albums will be provided in the agreed format (online gallery, USB, printed album, etc.).
  • Shoaib Production retains the right to showcase selected work in portfolios, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Copyright and Usage

  • All content produced by Shoaib Production is protected under copyright laws.
  • Clients may use the delivered photos and videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Commercial or third-party use requires written permission from Shoaib Production.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Shoaib Production is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, natural disasters, illness, etc.).
  • In case of unavoidable cancellation by Shoaib Production, a full refund of any payment made will be issued.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation by the client must be communicated in writing.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be adjusted against a future booking (subject to availability).
  • Rescheduling is possible with prior notice and confirmation of availability.

9. Website Use
